SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, I will send you a confirmation email and let you know the approximate date of shipping.  USPS is my shipping carrier and tracking is provided.  Following shipment, Birdie Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Charge: $10 flat rate per order

My studio is located in New Hampshire, which is a no-sales-tax state!

My goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase!  Please contact me if you wish to return or exchange an item.  I will accept returns/exchanges up to 4 weeks from delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has the original tag.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return/exchanges.  Please note that custom orders are not returnable.
